Several computers are available for public use. CD-ROM products and software
include Newsbank, encyclopedias, word processing, and more.
The Internet is available for public use. Ask at Library about usage policy.
Typewriter
An electric typewriter is available in the Computer Lab for public use.
Fax Machine
Inquire at Circulation Desk for charges.
Copy Machine
Located at the front of the Library; coin operated; 10¢ per copy.
VCR
One study room is equipped with a VCR for public use. There is also a
VCR available for overnight loan.
Requests
InterLibrary Loan
We are usually able to borrow any book or magazine article you need from
libraries throughout the country. Receipt by our Library ranges from a couple
of days to a few weeks. Ask a Librarian
about charge for magazine and newspaper articles.
Reference Questions
We are happy to answer your reference questions either in the Library or, for
short questions, over the phone or by e-mail ().
Activities
Workshops / Adult Programs
The Library offers special workshops in such areas as crafts and computers. We
also provide educational programs for adults such as author visits or
one-person plays.
Offers activities such as: infant lap-sit, Story Times, craft programs, and reading
clubs.
Study Rooms - 2
One Study Room is equipped with a television and DVD/VCR. Both rooms have Internet connections for laptop users. (Laptop must have a network card installed; check-in at Main Circulation Desk or Computer Lab is required.)
